Characteristic
Light grass yellow to yellow transparent oily liquid. It smells of fresh Riley. Boiling point 300℃, relative density (d421)0.9968, refractive index (nD20)1.4583. Little soluble in water, soluble in ethanol and oil. Natural products are found in jasmine oil, etc.
Application
It can be used to prepare artificial jasmine oil, jasmine and tuberose base. Used in small amounts in lily of the valley, it thickens and gives a mild roundness. It is also used in non-floral plain heart orchid, Oriental type, new cologne type, and the effect is very good. It can be used in harmony with wood fragrance.
Packing & storage
Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
